Terms And Conditionals

Pre-service

If you request one quote, please kindly send your 3D file (STP format), material, quantity, surface treatment online or by email, we will offer in 2-8 hours.

We produce based 3D file. 2D drawing is used for tolerance requirement and special remarks.

Price and Payment

Quote is valid in 15 days. The exchange rate is 7 from RMB to USD.

Our price is based on EXW, not including import duty of your country.

Payment terms is 50% deposit in advance and balance will be paid before parts are shipped.

We don’t change the bank account, easily and our bank account in PI is same with our company name.  If you receive emails about our bank account to change, please kindly check with us by calling at 0086-15915736546.

Delivery

We will confirm again final 3D files and 2D drawings after deposit is received, then we start prodution according to lead time in PI, and we will show you clear photos for your check before shipping. Please make sure whether we write real amount or small amount in commercial invoice in advance.

Lead time doesn’t include shipping time, normally it is 3-74 days, depend on the express company’s flights.

Complaint

If there is any quality problem about parts, please feedback us in one week after you receive goods, we are 100% responsible for problems which are caused by us, and we give you satisfied solution in 4 hours.
